Hanoi Laughing Club

I love to laugh, so to join a traditional Vietnamese laughing club was a definite highlight for me. I stood next to a girl who was crying, I gave her a hug and tried to make her laugh at me, bit hard to laugh with me when language is something we don't have in common. She tried so hard to laugh. It was tragic to see someone so sad at an event filled with so much joy. As I walked away at the end, she ran up to me and gave me a hug. It made my day.
